First, the reasons for noise:
Gear oil pump at work, a portion of the hydraulic oil is trapped in the two pairs of gear meshing formation and suction, pressure oil cavity are not connected to the closed volume. When its capacity from large to small, the trapped hydraulic oil is squeezed, the pressure rate rises, much higher than the output pressure of the gear oil pump (trapped liquid from the leakage gap can be forced out), so that the shaft and bearings are subjected to a considerable shock load, causing vibration and noise; and when the trapped oil volume from small to large, the formation of a local vacuum, so that the oil dissolved in the gas can be separated, resulting in the "air pockets". "Cavitation" phenomenon, bringing cavitation, vibration and noise.
Second, noise reduction strategies.
1, external meshing hydraulic gear oil pump is mainly in the sleeve (or inverted plate) and other internal parts on the open "unloading slot". Slotting principle is to ensure that the gear oil pump internal high and low pressure chamber do not communicate with each other under the premise of trying to make the trapped oil volume and high-pressure chamber or low-pressure chamber, in order to achieve part of the removal of trapped oil phenomenon, thereby reducing noise and vibration.
2, increase the volumetric efficiency of the gear oil pump, reduce the internal leakage of the gear oil pump drowning, so as to reduce the pump flow and pressure pulsation, to achieve the purpose of reducing noise, that is, the pump internal selection of high-precision integral 8-word bushings, and the use of axial automatic compensation structure, reduce end face leakage, increase the volumetric efficiency of the pump. At the same time to improve the sleeve "rivet groove arrangement, the use of asymmetric relief groove to reduce the noise caused by trapped oil.
3, the use of conjugate curve of the internal gear structure, reduce the phenomenon of trapped oil. For example, some kind of internal mesh hydraulic gear oil pump outer gear profile using straight line, and the inner gear profile is straight money conjugate line, this pair of tooth profile shape of the geometric shape of the decision of the oil trapped in the volume change is small, at the same time because of the pressure of oil is from the bottom of the inner gear teeth between the holes lead out, work basically no trapped oil area, so the gear transmission is quite smooth without shocks, the pump's flow rate and the pressure of the pulsation is very small, coupled with the suction cavity With the large inlet area of the suction chamber, the oil suction is sufficient, which will not cause cavitation phenomenon, so the noise of this pump is very low, which can be reduced to 55~65dB, and the application prospect is good.
