But at the same time its shortcomings are also many: noise, large external dimensions, the overall structural arrangement is not convenient; especially in hydraulic gear pumps, need to use longer needle roller bearings, resulting in bearing performance on the manufacturing and assembly accuracy is more sensitive to the needle roller precision requirements, and heat treatment process protocol requirements are also quite stringent; the current wave of needle bearings is a non-standard parts, the need for a specific customization, the cost is higher.
In recent years, with China's DU bearing research and development and manufacturing technology gradually improve and mature, its bearing capacity and service life accordingly continue to increase, while the price also speed down, the application is also more and more widely used. General DU bearing permissible specific pressure can be stabilized at 34MPa, such as reasonable structure, safeguard enough lubrication, its permissible specific pressure can be stabilized at 44MPa, bearing larger limit specific pressure can reach 58MPa.
The base body of DU bearing is low carbon cold rolled steel plate, the middle layer is sintered spherical bronze powder, and the friction surface layer is rolled modified polytetrafluoroethylene. The wall thickness of the bushing is 0.7~2.5mm, and the thickness of the friction surface layer is 0.02-0.06mm. The steel back anti-corrosion can be chosen from tin-plated and copper-plated.
Bearing can work under the condition of no lubrication, low resistance, wear-resistant, longer life, the more adapted to the gear oil pump bearing specific complex working conditions. Thin-walled structure, has a compact structure, light weight, small size advantages, and make the structure of the gear oil pump more reasonable, convenient structural design. For example, it can increase the size of the gear journal, increase the overall strength and rigidity of the gear shaft.
The adoption of DU bearings in hydraulic gear pumps achieves the purpose of increasing the rated pressure of gear oil pumps, reducing noise, increasing shock resistance and increasing service life.
